Vietnam Human Rights Act of 2005 has been introduced in the House of Representatives

  

Mr. SMITH of New Jersey (for himself, Mr. ROYCE, Ms. ZOE LOFGREN of California, Mr. SAM JOHNSON of Texas, Mr. TOM DAVIS of Virginia, Mr. WOLF, Mr. ROHRABACHER, Mr. PAYNE, Mr. PENCE, Mr. GREEN of Wisconsin, Ms. ROS-LEHTINEN, and Mr. CROWLEY) introduced a bill, HR 3190, which would promote freedom and democracy in Viet Nam.
